Cancellation policy: Full refund of your deposit up to 30 days before arrival.Details
Cancellations are only valid in writing. Up to 30 days before arrival we refund 100% of the deposit, up to 7 days before arrival 50%. After that the deposit cannot be refunded. The balance is due no later than 7 days before arrival. If you leave early, the full booked stay is charged. We recommend travel cancellation insurance.
There is no statutory right of withdrawal for accommodation booked for a specific date (Austrian FAGG § 18 (1) 10). The cancellation policy applies.
